    ask ko lang po pwede po ba mag add ng restriction kahit hindi pa ipagrerenew ng license?

    pwede po ba yung application form para sa pag kuha ng student permit ay sa website ko na lang kuhain para po pag punta ko sa office ng LTO ibibigay ko na lang...
    saka ano po ba requirement para sa pag kuha ng student permit.. 24yrs old na po ako kukuha po kasi ako ng motor ngayon buwan... tnx po

    PWEDE PO BA MAG REQUEST AUTHORIZATION EXTENSION TO USE IMPROVISED NUMBER...JUST RENEWED TODAY AT LTO MANILA SOUTH DISTRICT CHANGE VENUE...BUT AUTHORIZATION ISSUED BY LTO LUCENA BRANCH...IF IT IS POSSIBLE THRU E-MAIL DUE TO INCONVENIENCE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT TRAVEL PASS AND LONG TIME PROCESS OF PERMIT...
